I predict everyone will go ga-ga over new and exciting products that at best are marginaly better, yet completely incompatible with last years models.

Fixed!

Oakley and Santa Cruz, please.

Santa cruz releases all their products as soon as they are ready, They dont wait for shows to unveil new stuff. So they will just have some nice nomads built up and show off some of their existing stuff.

I hear shimano's improving thier line-up. Remember when all you needed to upgrade to Saint brakes was the Saint shifter to actuate the Saint deraileur to bolt on to the Saint hub that you needed to mount your saint rotors? Well this year, the new parts have sensors, and if ANY non-shimano part is on your bike, the new shimano parts will explode! Isn't that handy? What will they think of next?

My guess: Redesigned shifters and brake levers and a "tuned rider interface" (overpriced handlebar) that you need to buy to mount said shifters and brake levers, of course, this bar will ONLY accept shimano parts. Or maybe, as they did away with rebuildable anything, a whole Shimano bike, not rebuildable. Break your chain? You need a new bike! Wheel come out of true? you need a new bike!

you know, i really didn't think I had that much of a rant in me…

C'mon guys, don't sandbag the thread. I know that stuff has been released early, and I know that some gear will be minor improvements over last year, but….

Oh forget it.

OK, I have to say it:
The Giant Glory's shock mount reminds me of this freak's unit.
