I've never swung a leg over a 29er and I am already sold on the idea of one for next year.

Between Seb/Arthur on 29ers at the 4 queens, and the Norco guys tearing it up at Wade's Excellent adventure, I'd say that 29ers can handle anything BC can throw at them.

I rode that bike on a few rides. They nailed the geo and trail number pretty well. Really capable bike on the singletrack and in the chunder.

many of us will be riding 29er's soon.
they are a ton of fun, and for many of us the benefits will outweigh the drawbacks.
just gotta sort out the geometry - so far only santa cruz have it right (short chainstays, low bb). hopefully more will follow.
the trance didn't do well at the 4 queens, the riders did. the top 10 guys would do well on almost any decent "trail" bike. still, its a great bike for sure.
