pretty bad in these parts, even NE facing in the alpine is a crusty nightmare or slushbowl depending on what time of the day you hit it.

Not much more than a few dribbles and drabs of snow in the forecast for the next few weeks so…boohoo

Hopefully long term trends (10-14 days out) hold true. Both ski-based and surf-based weather sites are showing a steady return to normal winter zonal flows. Pacific is not cooling, storms are showing off the NW, rather than the SW, and the weather above the Aleutions is normalising. The strong ridge shows sign of weakening.

Drop some spirits for Ullr and hope all things align.

I almost went up yesterday and today for some spring skiing, but alas biking in these conditions is a better idea.

Someone needs to bust out the Monoski this weekend!

Why slag free swag?

snow's in Ottawa, but you need to brace for the minus 30.

At this point I'd accept that.

What's the word on Powder King right now? Obviously not good, but how bad is it?
Anyone (tacklebox?) know if they got the same warm inversion as the interior?
Saturday at sunpeaks was at least +5 up top and total slush.
I've got a family trip planned up there for Feb 8th, no snow in the forecast yet and getting nervous.
