If I try really hard I can remember a time when climbing smooth hardpack on a really light bike was great.

100mm Float up front…i may try to convert it to 120mm (i've been told this may be possible by removing a travel spacer). That said it feels pretty good right now. The chainguide is a Straitline Silent Guide.
