I'm going. Bringing the husband along, and possibly my little brother if I can drag him out for a change.

just checking to see who's coming out for the trail-day pre-planning ride tomorrow (Sat). we're meeting at old buck at 8am, shuttling up to the corkscrew lot and riding tnt/dale's/severed/empress. we'll be going rain or shine so let us know if you're coming so we know who to look for.

cheers

We don't know what our limits are, so to start something with the idea of being limited actually ends up limiting us.

I think we're finishing about 2 or 3pm then out for lunch at Old Buck so you'll be able to get a ride in after. Don't hold me to that though!

Oh, so lunch will be after the work? Hmm…

If I'm able to come, I might have to leave early… anybody know the protocol or whatever regarding leaving early? If lunch is at the end then I assume I would be missing the sign in and everything, if I were to leave early.

Heckler had mentioned this as the plan but I don't know if it's official. Idea is to get the work done and end early as it's going to be wet and no one's going to want to hike back in after lunch. Trail day protocol…. come as long as you like, leave when you like! Just find whoever is doing sign in before you leave and grovel a bit :)

Sign in usually happens pre work and at lunch. So just make sure you sign in before people head out to the trails if you are worried about not getting signed in. I think Veronica is doing sing in so just ask around, it's not rocket science.

Haha, fair enough!

And thanks for the tip about signing in before heading off to work, I've never done that or noticed that before so I wouldn't have thought of it.

Hopefully I will see you guys out there!
