send them a pic of you riding their DH RACE bike off the roof of Rochester School…and ask if the crack is really a manufacturing defect.

Turning 50 in May road up Fromme the first time in 1969 on an old blue 3speed to the top of the old lower chairlift then a few years later about 2004=/took up trail riding again and haven't looked back.

The raw, primitive, unrefined trails that see little to no maintenance are the kinds of trails that really build skill. What kind of skills do you learn riding a trail that was made by a machine, groomed to perfection and void of any rocks, roots or other obstacles that could send you careening over the handlebars?

I turn 30 in 2 hours time.

Rode Cypress today for the first time ever. Brilliant even though it was close to dark and I could barely see what was in front of me.

Happy B-Day. Remember…it gets better by the minute. Do not believe folks who say that you are old. ;)

Bizarrely I was doing the very same thing earlier this year, but then I was living in Stafford at the time..

Anyway, 35 and ATBing since 1987.

I was also living in Stafford at the time. Not often that I find people who even know where it is :)

Living in Toronto, always owned a bike and just rode here and there. None of my city friends rode.

Started seriously mountain biking in Aug 06 since moving to Vancouver. Love it  and just wish I started sooner.

I have no filter …

I rode a lot from about 13-16, then like a lot of people, the driver's license and other stuff got me away from it. Rediscovered mountain biking and discovered FR at age 20.

I remember back in 98 or 99 a friend took me to some ladder bridges in the woods and tried to explain how to do a wheelie drop off of a three or so foot one… I was in the easiest gear, fell directly onto my face, and sliced my leg open on the third ring. Sometime in the near future I discovered North Shore Extreme III and got hooked.

I can't believe there's only 6 of us over 50 types.
I'm 51, started jumping my old red CCM 3 speed of make shift ramps back in '66.
Gave it up for almost 30 years and then my wife (God bless her) gave me a green Norco Kokanee for my 40th and it was "game on" again.

well I anytime I remember my x-wife , I give thanx she kicked me out to let me keep biking paddling skiing [HTML_REMOVED] become finacialy solvent cuz all that marriage shit can get in the way of a good time

your milage may vary as they say
