I'm 14. Started at 8, but not seriously until I was 10. I got my first real taste of mtb when I was 9 on our first trip to whistler in the summer. Parents put me in day lesson and I hated it so much! I guess I couldnt handle it. We moved up to whistler the next year. After a year of doing DJs I tried the mountain again and loved it so much. After showing that I was really into it, I got my first DH bike, a specialized big hit, two years after of riding the park on my stuff jr! Ever since, I have been riding everything.
21 years old, started riding and racing XC in elementary school races when I was 11 years old. Always been into riding, got into the "freeride" thing around 8 years ago, don't regret a minute of any of it.
16 in one month today, and ive been riding a bmx since i was 6 then mtb since 8

Bizarrely I was doing the very same thing earlier this year, but then I was living in Stafford at the time..
Anyway, 35 and ATBing since 1987.
