allman brothers, pending you like blues…

Eye on the TV
'cause tragedy thrills me
Whatever flavor
It happens to be like:
"Killed by the husband"
"Drowned by the ocean"
"Shot by his own son"
"She used the poison in his tea
and kissed him goodbye"
That's my kind of story
It's no fun til someone dies

My version of easy listening music is dub. Mad Professor, Lee Perry, King Tubby etc.

Or for a more updated and slightly more ambient version try Rhythm and Sound http://www.basicchannel.com/label/Rhythm+Sound or Deep Chord http://www.dctrax.com/ .

Good call on the Burial Album as well, superb album.

both good,

my favourite thievery album for nice background grooves is DJ - kicks, well it's more of a compilation really.

Ratatat.

'Classics' is what won out today. More to research but that filled the void today.
