old 8 foot ones were 900 lbs. no shitter in them though. nothing near as nice as the new ones are.

I wonder at 900 lbs how much insulation you lose?
Also, I don't think I could go with out a shitter/shower anymore. I could for the odd trip….but the moto ride of shame in the morning at Ware lake, with a roll of TP under the arm…..was a bit of a pain.

I hear you……..worst when you have to do #2 at 3am. I just sold my trailer because the lack of use with the family and it's overkill for me to tow when I'm solo. Camper is definitely a better alternative but they are pricey and realistically you need a 1 ton truck.
You say that like it's a bad thing.
Only because the fill the campgrounds and I can't get in for a look.
That's the problem with cities, they're refuges for the weak, the fish that didn't evolve.
I don't want to google this - sounds like a thing that NSMB will be better at.
I had an Okanagan 8ft for a number of years bk (before kids).
I loved the thing - could pull the boat and carry the bikes with a 3/4 ton.
When the kids came we found we wanted a bit more space.
http://www.okanaganrv.com/Camper%20Floorplan%20Page/camper.htm - it was the 80W, under 1700lbs (although when they say dry they mean nothing in side)
I sold it to a retired couple with a Tundra, they load a couple sea kayaks on top and tell me it still drives fine. I probably wouldn't recommend it, but I doubt they ever get over 90km/h.
My sweet van is up for sale…it goes anywhere and is dialled for fun! V10 4x4 ford 350 super duty, 123,000 miles, super smooth and zero issues, 2 6volt deep cycle batteries, serviced twice a year, plugs were done at 100,000 miles and both front wheel bearings and front hub assemblies were new a year ago…

Cool. Is it free.
A friend of mine sent me a link to this video, a very cool Austrailian offroad trailer:
The UEV 440 Trailer Unpacks To Become An All-In-One Station For Cooking, Sleeping, And Traveling.

Impressive design. So much packed into a small space.

Still looking for a trailer, torn between a camper trailer or doing a stealth conversion to a 6'x10/12' enclosed utility trailer. The Bushranger trailers are nice at a reasonable cost as well.
Being cheap is OK. Being a clueless sanctimonious condescending douchebag is just Vlad's MO.
6x12 means you can haul your garage with you and lock up your toys when your out playing.
Any here ever owned a Mitsubishi Pajero? I like the idea of a JDM diesel and they seem to be more affordable than Land Cruisers
Fueled up yesterday, RUG was 141 [HTML_REMOVED] diesel was 149 which doesn't sound very affordable to me
5% higher fuel cost but 30% less fuel usage. How is that not more affordable?
