Are they a total crock of poop or what?
Some of it seems reasonable, but some seems a little contradicting.
I'm type A blood, so that means Red meats, and Dairy are both toxins to me.
I'm curious what nsmb thinks

It's funny how people don't "get" science, evidence and stupid shit like that.

When one person suffers from a delusion, it is called insanity.
When many people suffer from a delusion, it is called religion.

That guy is obviously off his rocker. Ignores all scientific data…
I know a girl who did this, went from fatty to total hotty in the course of about 6 months. Turns out her "blood type" had to avoid wheat, red meat, and dairy… so she avoided those things and the fat melted off. I'd pics but she's not a facebook person.
Quick edit for the hate, before it happens: I understand that she just started eating healthier - it just so happened that this quackery is what pushed her in that direction.

The only diet secret is "Eat a varied diet emphasizing fresh, whole, unprocessed foods, eat in moderation and most importantly - eat what you like."
I dont think its a total crock or something to buy into 100% either.
Its interesting with my blood…the foods it says I should avoid, I have already been ….as I listen to my body and also notice what results I get from certain foods.
The "Eat right for you blood type" nailed the so called healthy foods that I've avoided due to feeling tired after consuming.
The book say that Red Meat is a power food for my blood type….yippie.
No…. I dont eat Red Meat every day now, or more than I used to….but hey, I'll F'n enjoy my steak and not worry about it!
You can probably trust 5% of this book and any other diet or nutrition program
However…. eat smart, smaller portions more often and listen to your body.
Overtime you will know what works for you.

There's nothing better than an Orangina after cheating death with Digger.
Hot tip.
That is nonsense. You don't need to eat grains and dairy every day to be healthy. You should make your diet about the top and bottom rows and only dip into the middle two occasionally. I like quinoa as much as the next guy but you do not needs grains to survive.
Wheat and dairy are powerful allergens which means that their badness for you is a matter of degree.
It also recommends soybean oil and other soy products. Soy is pretty much the most guaranteed non-organic max-GMO food out there.
