steve

^Agreed, I also question how durable it is?

Shimano seems to be stepping it up, like the shoes as well!

When you purchase the jacket you have to sign a receipt stating that you will never put the jacket on unless you either have an ipod with you, or you have proof (via receipt or apple care) that you actually own one.

:D But do you think it'll be possible to use it with other MP3 players?

Anyways, good writeup! Any pictures or updates from Dakine? :D

Im somewhat split on the Shimano shoes, but i would get them anyways cuz the fact you can switch out soles to adjust stiffness is just freaking awesome. Very cool feature.

Soft insole for skate park so your shoe can "wrap" around the pedal
Medium for a regular trail day
stiff for the really long treks or XC type riding

Cam,

I must know more about the new Sinister 'Passion'. Estimated price, availability date, weight, sizing, Canadian availability, ANYTHING!

Pedro does bring up some good points, but being only one R off of Pedo …. discounts much of that
