Hello everyone!
As some of you may know; My friend Derek and I have been working with the city for the past three years toward the goal of a bike park facility in a small portion of Invergarry park(a previously disturbed area and a former construction waste dump) located in Guildford.
We have been informed by our city contact; there will be an Open House coming sometime in April.
This is the public hearing when the City will decide whether or not to make the bike park. So we need the support of citizens and cyclists of Surrey and the lower mainland to help us move forward.The Open house will be open to all public. The City will decide to move forward or cancel the bike park based on support for this project.
We will post all information regarding the Open house as it becomes available.
In the meantime we have started an online petition for supporters. Its really quick and easy to sign.
