Get up there today!
I rode this morning and conditions are awesome!
I rode stuff below the 5th and everything was great.
However, I saw zillions of dog walkers and not a single mountain biker in 2 hours. Get up there people!

Rode up to 6th today, there was snow on the road starting at 4th. Most of he trails were clear, as the snow appears to be old dust on crust. Rode Pile of Rocks and there was snow on most of the trail, or the wood was a little icy.

All in all it was perfect conditions for shedding loam.

Yeah, it's pretty sucky. Way better to just ride any other trail, really.

Why was it so sucky?

This trip to Kelowna was definately an undertaking - Liam and I had been planning this project for 24 hours. We worked really hard to pull out all the stops in this video. We had slo-mo goggle shots; time lapses; pedal flips; outrageous product shots; unloading and loading the bike; walking through the field with your hand in wheat. At the end of the day this trip was all about just getting out and riding with all my friends.

^^ fantastic… up at Grouse… on a snowboard

I'd guess slushy at the gate, 10-15cm by the 5th switchback. There might be more coming tonight

Cypress had a few inches at the first lookout. On the way to go snowshoeing in the snow last night.

Did you notice what the snow was like at the Mystery DH parking lot?

that was the destination, but the Subaru didn't want to drive into the lot so we kept going up to the ski hill. - summer tires. A 4x4 with good tires could get in, but a 2wd car was putting chains on to get himself out of the lot.

How were the trails on Cypress?
I heard there was some snow in West Van over the last few days.
