Smoothlink, Straightup, Granny Sandwich?

What's this bike really about?

The bike looks killer and the second shot of Wade is amazing.

Nice first look!

Looks like the slayers is going back to its roots! I had the first incarnation. 2000 Slayer, cool trout paint job.

I think Rocky is going in a good direction with this bike.

SELL SELL SELL!! Im mean sell all of my other bikes Im getting one of those! Ive been on Rockies for the past 9 years and had a new one of something from them every other year. The 08 Flatline was fun going down and the 06 Slayer is seriously one of the funnest bikes I have ever ridden but this changes everything and in the end its all about getting out there and getting muddy while going up and down. Im thinking thats what this bike will do very well. So I guess here it goes who wants a full saint medium size Flatline, and or a Large 06 Slayer 70? everything must go.

Custom made bike racks for pick up trucks, and other custom bike rack applications.

Saw the proto on Sunday in the parking lot at Parkgate mall before it headed up the hill.

Holy crap those are some beautiful welds on the raw prototype. This frame looks tight!

Both his pics are amazing! rare is it when how it looks is actually 10X gnarlier than how it really is to ride. Usually it's the other way around.

We've been riding one at Endless Biking for the last few weeks and we love it. It passes every test we throw at it.
We've climbed it on many mountains and rode all types of trails, pinned it on some DH and even jumped it with confidence. This bike is a real weapon and will fit well in the quiver.

The finer details of the bike are a work of art and put the cherry on top. You'll love the ride! ;)

first of all, props to NSMB for exposing the granny sammich i was inquiring about on a different site. (there were no good pics of it, and this report sans cranks made all the difference)
second of all, props to colin for the great pics. i can still recall the grainy b/w pic of wade on the original slayer that was in all the mags back in ~'01.

Looks a lot like a giant - except I would assume that the Giant rear suspension is a little nicer?

Having ridden the Giant Reign XO / and the SX… the Rocky rides way better in my books.

Why? Climbs better, descends better? This bike will be in the genre of bike I will be purchasing next. If you could elaborate that would be great, especially because you have saddle time on bikes in the same category. Thanks.
