Last jump on Crank It Up is ridiculous. I guess they rebuilt the lip and it didn't get time to harden as it's just thick wet mud now haha.

This has been sorted now :) So busy today

It was really, really wet up there today. I had fun, but the roots and trails were slick, only managed one crash at the exit of afternoon delight when the down pour started and couldn't see.

Lightning shut the lifts down about 2:30 so i bailed and came home. Hope to get again before the end of the season.

Fuck fall in its fucking face, I hate this weather. It's worse than UK weather at the minute :damn: Forecast for the weekend is looking good though I guess.

I'm going up tomorrow again! :)

Is anything closed due to the rain?

I'll probably be there tomorrow afternoon as well as current forecast is for the rain to stop around noon. I'll be the guy on the silver Bullit mincing through anything that looks slightly muddy.

semaj , no access to the garb , and some possible spot closures depending on trail conditions .

FWIW , yesterday was as wet as it gets , and we had everything open .

I don't think the Garbo chairlift has been running mid-week since the end of extended play for the season. Dunno if you can get the gondola all the way up as it looks like Una Moss will be covered in snow - http://www.whistlerblackcomb.com/weather/cams/whistler/index.htm

I'm going to write an angry letter. Snow. Unacceptable.

I was figuring that most lifts were closed on the weekend due to high winds. Snow shouldn't stop the Gondy from taking riders up. I have ridden Una Moss in the snow a few times. Agreed, teh Garbo season did seem short.

Today was actually pretty great. Wet but not raining, most stuff open except lower A-line. I wasn't heading to Garbo in the wet anyways, so no big deal on no gondola or chair access to me.

Saw wheeldrop and gangsir outside of GBB when we were breaking for a snack
