So I'm supposed to believe that some backwater trails organization has a transparent plan for their AOR?

cheers, Lee. I'm looking forward to helping the club/town move forward on some good projects over the coming years and getting it articled in a strong planning document…great things on the horizon building on the good that's been happening over the past years!
