Riding vs Pushing up Fromme

I do hike/ride up some silly shit all the time. Nothin' wrong with that at all. You do get to scope things out before coming back down. Move some sticks and boulders. Boy this got off line. I seem to recall that the OP wondered why some one would chose to take a bike too heavy for the individual to ride up. The OP thought it would mke more sense to ride a lighter bike and perhaps take less difficult trails down. Might be a more enjoyable experience. It might. For some. Others all about the down

Debate? Bikes are made for riding not pushing.

Really? Just learn to ride a lighter bike down the more difficult trails. Keeps it interesting. ;)

I am with you. I get plenty scared on easy trails with my Blur LTC with less dire consequences. I had a VPFree and rode more challenging terrain but the fun factor was the same.

I only saw 1 person. So no not this time… Hiked through the snow all the way to upper oilcan even. It's not that I don't like to pedal up, it's my bike that doesn't like to pedal up.

if you pushed up to the gate it still doesn't count.

We don't know what our limits are, so to start something with the idea of being limited actually ends up limiting us.

I keep walking up in the hope of being abused by an Australian woman, but no luck so far. Hopefully tonight is the night (about 6:30 please).

Please let me demonstrate the ride around; really it's no trouble.

Someone sounds a little eager to get abused… maybe a spanking as well?

You'll be the dude pushing up the Rune? right? ;)
