The Walking Dead...dragging on so far in season 2 (merged)

how much of Atlanta did you actually see in those episodes? not too much mostly centered around the one building and the old folks home, a pretty big city doubt they could torch every last inch.

Lets not dwell on the continuities…. it's a zombie show. I am mostly complaining that they havent found sophia or left the farm yet. I have a feeling this new scenario is either going to drag on, or end the farm stay right away.

a handful of characters on the farm became major characters/plotlines in the original comic.

I saw that after the show one week they had a chat show called "Talking Dead". Have they abandoned that crappy idea yet?

Just watched episode 5 again. I think Rick has an idea about the Hershel's secret. He mentions that Hershel wants to deal with Walkers when they think Daryl is one. and when Glenn notices the ears around Daryl's neck Rick is quick to grab them and hide them from the others.

To put this season in relation to the comic, Carl is shot at the end of issue 9, Rick finds out about the Barn at the end of Issue 10. 1.5 issues dragged out over 5 episodes.

It's the new Lost. Produce a half descent first series then slash the budget and do two seasons of nothing as they know the audience will be patiently be waiting for a return to form.

Probably best to just watch 28 Days Later as most of the ideas are just ripped off from that film anyway.

Booo-urns! another episode, Sophia is an afterthought to shooting guns, and the barn was barely touched. I wish they spent more time in the housing development, and less time talking about feelings.

I feel the only reason Im watching is Im hoping it will get as good as last season. The Farm seems like a safe way to drag the season on in one main location, obviously they will drop a bombshell in the last 5 mins of tomorrows episode and leave us hanging for a couple months.
