Rode vedder on Monday for the first time and it was real fun! Did a bunch of faster trails around the lower areas then rode a steep one that took us to the lookout that looks over to yarrow and then rode the ridge all the way across and down the other side back to the truck. Man that one section on the way up with the railing was gnar bar!
Raced the Tuesday night out at mission last night and it was super fun. They are doing a really good job with the changes they have made out there and they are getting a really good turn out that reflects that. If your thinking of trying racing its a really good way to go. Tons of classes and no lisence needed.

is the end of sylvester rd in mission gated and if so is it easy to get around it? man there's a shitload of guns at stave lake.
Nope never gated. Very accessible. Lots of fire road riding, quad trails and wheeling up there. Less guns and douches than the west side of Stave but there's still a few guys up there shooting.
Here's a cool spot there, shot this last thanksgiving

thats a funny looking trials bike there plug? ha…..
I think you need that ride and a trials bike too!
(which begs the question when do I get a trail bike to go with my trials bike!!)
Very nice looking little machine…every time I see it I wanna hop on it and steal it!

The 2 of you should share bikes. You guys live pretty close to each other anyway.
Haha! We almost could.
The trials bike has been put on hold for a little bit - the dog decided he needed a few thousand dollars worth of attention recently, lol.
In my ideal world, I would like to get one before the winter. In the meantime, my KTM is a blast to ride. It forces me to ride aggressively, and I love it!

It was an awesome weekend filled with excitement and adventure. Even had a sasquatch sighting. The riding was even good. The worst part was when I had to pack up and go home.
I think it may have been my best may-long Kamloops trip ever.
Nice to hear. We faired well at Onion too.
