But, that aside, they did have a nasty legal entanglement that needed clearing up before anything was moved on; which has - thankfully - now been settled and put to rest. But 10 years man…

If Evil was really like Tool (like Harry T said) then Kevin Walsh from Evil would be to busy making blankets out of T-shirts (like Maynard James Keenan is doing/see link in previous post) to release a new bike (or album in Keenan's case).
