I think i am going to do the costal rides. see if I can keep up to tempo..
any other ones? or anyone that just rides on cert days on a reg basis that wouldent mind another rider.

Which one? If it is Todd's Wednesday Donut Ride, they get up to about 48 kph when they feel frisky. Forget it if Larry Z is driving the train. I saw 55 on my speedo on a flat stretch once!
Marco's rides are usually really good. Medium pace. Mellow. I think he still does the MOn and Frid rides. Both are pretty mellow
I'm just getting back into road after a bit of a hiatus, and I got fat, so need to lose those pounds :P Who knows. I might even race again if I can get my sprint back.
