the tantalus bike shop has a pair of the 06 888rc2 forks on their wall right now. can't say i like the white with orange graphic's much.

it could have been a re-painted, re-decaled 05 888 with a "not for sale" sign on it…..

the adjustments looked the same but that's not saying it doesn't have some internal changes to it.

Its the style of the brake mounts. Post mount is used by manitou and i believe has been used on the monster t. the bolts that attach the brake adapter to the fork bolt straight in towards the fork with post mounts as opposed to sideways through the IS mounts.
