Hideous, glad I have 2005.
Marzocchi 2006-first pictures
Its the style of the brake mounts. Post mount is used by manitou and i believe has been used on the monster t. the bolts that attach the brake adapter to the fork bolt straight in towards the fork with post mounts as opposed to sideways through the IS mounts.
P.S.:Correct me if im wrong!
Manitou = 74mm BCD, IS = 51mm BCD, if I remember right? I think Avid brakes come in 74mm natively and all need a 74-to-51 adapter for use on IS sideways mounts.

Agree - although it's all 05. perhaps they're doing an upgrade on the whistler hire bikes. If they decide to do a production rin, I'm buying for sure!
I'm broken - not just cracked around the
edges.
damn, I'm very dissapointed. I've always hated the post mount of brakes, getting exact allignment is sometimes a pain, it's ugly, it's a pain if you have IS calipers as any adpter for IS to post will space out you caliper 20mm and caliper halves are expensive and are becoming few with the revalation or monopiece calipers. arrrgggghh the world is going down the toilet. :stupid: aahhh well we'll see what happens.

The red RMX combined with the Marzocchi with white lowers is visually very appealing.

The 2004 onwards Monster has a DH Postmount , meaning U can use a postmountcaliber WITHOUT an adapter to run a 203mm rotor.
And yes , its ok to be confused ! Postmount , IS , DHpostmount , Boxxer and
(insert drumroll here) Fox comes up with yet a new standard DH IS (and there prob. some standards Ive forgot)
