I read something in the specs about the ability to easily change the power delivery??

push of a button it can change from standard B mode and A mode. b lower A highest stndard well you know. on the fly.

That looks like a sweet ride. you'll never take it out of A mode.
Your gonna have some fun on that, a bit more passing ability. You might see another 10 over ticket on that one.

will only have it for 2-3 days before I leave :) so wont be in BC.. not sure what happens in the states if i get a ticket can I leave the state and not pay

Yeh I think its state by state, so once you leave its in the mail.
