Cancer, Before I die

Sorry to hear that Ross. It is your life, and you have to decide what's best. Only treatment option I would think of is in the US. Lance Armstrong went to somewhere in Indiana or Illinois. I looked into a place in Indiana for my mom because they specialized in the type of cancer she had.

But what does your uncle have to say? Since he's an oncologist doing cancer research back east, he's probably going to know about as much as any doctor.

It is easy to dodge our responsibilities, but we cannot dodge the consequences of dodging our responsibilities.

Not the news any of us wanted to hear, Rossco. Shall we set up another range day soon? You know you want to.

Sorry to hear the confirmation. Rough but you seem to know what you're doing, which is a lot more than many people can say.

Sucks. Stay strong man. I don't know what else to say. I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be handling this as good as you.

He thinks it can be "managed" but never be cured. Another day at the range sounds like a good idea . This time with targets lol. My parents are OK with the choice gf hates me for it. Blah blah lol

She just wants you around forever… not everyone can swallow such a life changing event like this the way you have; I sure doubt my ability to make the call you have and admire you for it. For that alone you're a rare breed Ross, add in your 'interesting', ahem, choices in bikes and you might as well be an alien compared to us humans. ;P

you could pack a ton of fun living in to the next 12 months or more. you should call up a tv company and pitch an idea for a reality show, that would be the shit.

We don't know what our limits are, so to start something with the idea of being limited actually ends up limiting us.

Yeah! Like, what about a bunch of mountain bikers travelling around BC in a beat-up old bus? Maybe call it something like "Drop Outs"?

God, I have so many good ideas.

Ross, keep me in the loop next time you want to get out for a ride, hey?
