I am looking for male ethnic roadies. We are putting together a pelleton of riders (approximately 27 people will be hired) and 20 of them will make $1000 and the other 7 $5000. We are auditioning Sunday night August 20th in North Van. We have lots of caucasion guys at this point.

Do you mean "visible minorities", "persons of colour" etc? Ethnic is pretty vague. Italian or Ukranian is "ethnic" too. I would have been pretty bummed if I took the trouble to show up in a Lederhosen and then got passed over. D.
Also, a Caucasian is technically someone from the Caucases region of West Central Asia, which would exclude over 99.99% of the world's polulation:
