Semi Tubeless Tire Problem

Well I have the Semi Tubeless Front tire in a 2.7, and I went for a ride yesterday and I was just wheelying down the road, and all of a sudden the tire started to lose air…..so I looked at it for a bit whern I got home, and to my avail, I tried to put air back into it to find if there was a leak somewhere, and the Valve Stem seems like it is not attatched to the tube/tubeless part of the tire anymore?? like it is just free to move wherever…I dunno what to do, do I need a new tire…sorry if I didnt explain it quite right…
