Went and rode oilcan today, was raining and snowing. Snow was sticking on road at places from 3rd up. Riding was great though.

Rode pipeline [HTML_REMOVED] NH today. Gotta say that Pipeline is in awesome shape, props to the builders. Some puddles but the woodwork was tacky.

Where is the snowline? Above the entrance to Pipeline? I am getting sick of the stationary bike in the gym.

Way up at the bottom of Olympic Chair on Grouse I would think. No snow anywhere before the 7th, just some old ice (pre Christmas) for about 50 feet on the road at the 7th.

El Nino. I heard that they have been making snow up at Cypress since October [HTML_REMOVED] just now they're at the minmum amount required for the scheduled Olympic events.

on top of an already crappy snowpack, looks like nonstop rain [HTML_REMOVED] temps into the double digits for the next bunch of days. not looking good on the slopes.

but yeah, fromme is in good shape currently.

Cypress is claiming a 205 cm mid-mountain base? I was up the other day and the ski runs are half dirt. With the rain and warm temps forecast for the next while, they are going to be screwed.

The IOC should've looked at the fact that it's an El Nino year when they were considering hosts.

Rode pipeline and floppy bunny yesterday. The trails were fantastic, not too much mud anywhere and pretty tacky. I love decent winter riding!
