We did a few laps of Sumas last Sunday. The water was running down the trail and onto the road at the end of the devils head section. We piled some rocks and diverted the water from the trail back to the normal flow path down the bank.
Not sure if it was cool for us to do that or not but we figured it was better than water running down the last section of trail and people riding through it. :???:
Not to worry, the builder shouldn't mind and if he does send him my way.

I was up at Ledgview today, I see there was a motorcycle on the bottom of Autobahn. It did not do much damage, although the trail was perfect condition Had it been drier or wetter, I think it could have been worse. It did smash a log just before the first power tower.
I'm betting it was those wrang goons that took over the Trethewy place.
I think all the City trucks up by Highland will soon be a bigger concern than the piss head on his moto. I have a feeling equipment will start arriving shortly.
Was out for a quick loop of the Southside this afternoon. The sunny weather combined with phonaminal trail conditions was a bit much for a Friday. I might have to repeat tomorrow.

I asked at the city the other day; shovels hit the ground April 1st to start connecting Whatcom together.
Hope it doesn't impact trails too much to start with.
It'd be nice if someone with a helmet cam rode from the Watcom lot to the powerlines and south, just for posterity.

Glade I did a repeat of yesterdays great ride. Finished off 3 loops of Ledgeview with a run down out from XCelerator/Autobahn - 19min 48secs! The trails are rippin!!!!!

When the rest of the trail work/building makes it way back to the Phase 1 of AmbideXCrous, that steep climb up passed the mud under the power lines will get a rework. It is a tad of a difficult climb. This section hopefully will give us access to the south side trails once Construction starts on the Whatcom Bypass.
I rode AmbideXCrous both ways, then up Lazyboy and Tools ot the trade, then down Hidden Valley. Great ride.
Tommorrow, I'm not sure I can ride - I have plans about noon.
