it happened again!!!!

I bought 2 sets of pads at the shop a long time ago. Get home, and realize that BOTH boxes only have on spring in them. Ok… so i have enough pads for both brakes, but only enough springs for one…. So i as of right now, my rear brake is springless and dragging pretty bad.

I e-mail EBC and tell them my problem (about 2 weeks ago). They respond kinda late (2 days ago), but at least they responded which is more than alot of companies do. Guy tells me ill recieve a brand new box of pads with 2 springs in the mail soon. Sweet!! I get the package remarkably fast (got it today), and whats this? Still one freaking spring with 4 pads.

WTF? :crazy:

So i take a picture of the package and the box, and send an e-mail with links to the picture to draw out my problem nice and easy for EBC. Just e-mailed them an hour ago. I remained calm in my e-mail and i was quite nice about the whole thing, so hopefuly they will take care of me (again).

I don't really think I'm that uptight. My comment had more to do with the fact that you wrote "your american" instead of "You're American" an easy way to remember is…. never mind.
