Will the season is coming to an end here. Damn we even had our first snow fall. Lucky though I will be able to pick it right back up when I am in Van this winter can't wait. Just some of my favs from the season that I thought I would post.

It was my first year of photography, learned alot of things and picked my self up a real SLR too, hopefully the future holds bright things. Hope you guys enjoy it was so hard picking from my list to choose from. I think I got all the ones I wanted in there haha.

Also thanks to all those who have snapped photos of me, I am posting them in here as will, I try to make the best of both worlds photography and biking. Enjoy

HAHA thanks Danny its all getting put together soon my friend for the move. I can't wait to see how the future ends up with shooting SLR so far I love it. This only took me about 30 minutes, I don't know why it takes you so long??

I also thought I would keep it all biking related for you boys and girls you are all probably tired of my NBR shots haha.

Nice work Steve.

For web posts, you should cut those 400-600K files down to 80K. It will speed up downloading and you won't lose much, if any, detail.

I have been trying to figure that out in photoshop using the save for web option but it takes away from the color for some reason.

HAHA I warned you before you entered

Most computers monitors are set up to use the sRBG color space and Photoshop's "Save for Web" assumes the same thing.
If the color is changing when you use that option, it means your scanned images are in some other color space and you need to convert them to sRGB before you save them for web use manually, or use the "Save for Web" option.

BTW, since your images are not in sRGB, we see them with different colors on our monitors than you do… probably not what you wanted to hear ;-)

Oh, I just about forgot. You can convert the color profile by using the "Image/Mode/Convert to Profile…" option (PS7). Oh and do this to a copy image, not the original. You will need to convert to a different color space when you print.
