I'm leaving for the land of the rising sun. No riding for a year or so (except for commuting around in a mary poppins bike). When I return, I hope Majin is still right.

Happy riding everyone.

Wax on. Wax off.

Pat Morita has passed away at the age of 73. Best known for his work as the
beloved sensei in "The Karate Kid" movies, Morita reportedly died of natural
causes (but I suspect ninjas). Morita used to say that while he enjoyed
the wax on, he spent much of his retirement perfecting the wax off. That
and masturbating.

Ha Ha! Made you look.

Domo Arigato for the fun bikecycle rides and times Dave!!!!!

I know that you'll be fine over there, just try to keep the harem to a minimum, and things will be fine. Beware of the Fruits in Harajuku, and make sure that you buy stuff that we'll never get here, and tell us all about them.
Oh, and be sure to e-mail your official mailing address, so that we can send you stuff at will. We, as in Elaine and I, and possibly the NSMB collective:D
I'll be out doing info interviews, if still up for a beer on Tuesday, let me know, we have your eggs and kiwi's too.
When you get back, hopefully I'll have a SX Trail or some such, and I'll have lightened Elaine's bike too. Then we can go for real epic rides, and rip up Cypress Bike Park etc etc. :grinno:

God Bless ya Dave. You're a Righteous Dude!!!!!!:china::fro:

Thanks guys.

Toshi, I'm going through something other than the JETT program, but I'll probably run into a bunch of other things.

As for food delights, I'm eating a lot of Chinese food b/c I'm afraid they may be lacking in quality even though they are so close to China.

Justin, I'll keep my girls on a leash in Japan too. Just b/c I've been out with a different girl everyday this week doesn't mean it'll happen in Japan :). I hope to keep up riding enough to do be at your level when I return. I'm up for a beer. Do you mind going somewhere closer? I may only have a few hours cuz I gotta pack. We can head to the Chilean place by my place.
