Would you choose D321s over Intense MAG30s or DoubleTracks.

just measure mine its about 1.5", I'd go with 321's for racing, mag 30's for freeriding and strength, and double tracks if you can't afford mag 30's or 321's

I'd choose D321s over anything listed. Actually, I have. I've ridden long and hard on my 321s at Whistler, the shore, shed, SFU, you name it. I've broken 2 frames and a host of other parts, but my 321s are just as true as the day I bought them. Hell, I've only had to tension the spokes once in the last 3 years!

To add frosting to it all, 321s are very nice to work on, they make mounting and dismounting tires easy, I can do it by hand, with no tools. Mag 30s, on the other hand, are far more difficult.

Only 2 disadvantages that I can think of.

Get screw down valve stems on your tubes, or you are just asking for pain when pumping them up.

If you miss the tranny on 15 foot or higher drops, they don't just bend, they break. Unless your last name is Cowan, I wouldn't worry too much about this one. :D

Inner width on a 321 is 30mm.

I am ultra sure on that, as I just picked up my spare 321 and measured it with a ruler.

Thanks, I found one and measured.

Its funny on how the manufactures always give you the outside width. What good is that??, unless you don't have disks.
