How many of you run em?

i ve heard of shiver on a 250 cc 01 before and monstyer and stuff.

how do you like the steep headtube angle?
any snappage stories?

i might go with a monster on a ht with radtubing, if there are enough goodies about this so called stupid/ unique combination here enough to convince me.

btw, 5" jrt2 doesnt count as in "dual crown" i m looking for like 6-12+ hhehe

peace

i have run 7" jrt and boxxer on it.
i know someone who has the exact same setup as in the picture and with a 24" rear wheel, he said he loves it.

i have an 02 super t on my trek bruiser and its all good…(so far)

my angles arent to slack at all,

my friend has a p.3 with a mini shiver and the angles are close ot the same.

i lined my bike up with his bros 03 stinky with a dj3 and the handelbars ar higher up on the stinky than my bike

i love having the super on a hardtail. IMO it rides better with the super than when i had my psylo on it

i had a monster on my morphine for a while, turned out to be too front heavy and felt awkward, switched to a '02 Jr which was good on the 18" frame, then switched to a 16" morphine and it felt sweet.

woah sick flames, what frame is that?

i have 24" rear wheel with 16" frame, i m gonna put a monster on it and set it at 6", cause the fork was set for a 200lb and wasnt bottomed out, and i m 160 and i m wonly gonna be doing light trails until i save up for another fully.

right now i m running a cheap 3" fork from old school rock shox which has like half length of the whole monster lowers length, and it is very very slack, the top tube is parallerel to the ground or even goes downward from back to front.

i dont think 7" or 6" would make it very stable.

also, i dotn care if some ppl like denis C. say that i m a P0sAr or stupid, cause i m doing this for my fully, and saving time, and money cause i m a hack :o:o:o:)

peace, nice to hear that ppl r doing good with 6-7 on ht.:)

any shiver stories?

oh hai!

I had an 01 SuperT (6") on my Minuteman. It was dope. I now put that fork on a BigHit Comp and it feels MUCH more balanced.

I'm technicly suppose to say it's a Florida Cycles hardtail, but I like to call it Elemental hardtail. It was designed by Elemental bikes, but is sold in a shop in Florida.
It's so nice to have a frame that no one has(there are about 30 of them in BC), it makes me feel all nice and fuzzy inside.
