Having worn Norrona cycling pants these last 18 months, I'm over the long zipper up and down the leg design. When my relatively inexpensive Endura waterproof pants wear out, I'll have a serious second look at these Raphas, I've been very happy with their Trail pant and Trail short (both the regular and light weight version) - I like the Rapha fit, their durability and the repair patch the ship with each product.
