You're far from the only person I know sticking with 11spd or even 10spd, and I know a lot of folks committed to doing so as long as they can get parts. I think this sentiment is well documented that the reason Shimano is producing 11spd [**LinkGlide**](https://bike.shimano.com/en-US/product/component/deore-xt-m8130.html). (Some folks have claimed it's designed with e~bikes in mind and I'd also be happy to believe that).
