2024 Fort William DH World Cup Qualifying Results

Qualifying Results are in from the first downhill race of the 2024 UCI World Cup Season at Fort William. Racing action is covered by Flow Bikes in Canada, HBO Max in the US, Staylive in Central America, and Eurosport across most of Europe.

Tahnee Seagrave put down a solid qualifying run, enough to earn her the top spot, nearly two seconds ahead of second place Nina Hoffmann. Consistent runs were laid down by Hoffmann and Anna Newkirk, to place second and third respectively, although they lost time to Seagrave in the bottom sectors of the course. The 2023 Overall Winner and current World Champ Vali Höll couldn't quite keep up to pace with Seagrave and will look to improve as we roll into semi-finals.

Loic Bruni showed great form on a course he has struggled with in previous years, with his Specialized Gravity teammate Finn Iles placing ~3.3 seconds behind in second place. There were more top results for Canyon as Luca Shaw and Troy Brosnan claim third and fourth place respectively, with Oisin O'Callaghan rounding out the top five.
