shoulder injuries

yea.
i'm getting myself as ready as i can for it.
I'll be using a cryo cuff type device post op, everyone i have talked to says it makes a massive difference.
It sucks right now tho, the shoulder never stops hurting, sometimes, way more than other times.
its a funny shoulder, and all my life has been able to pop out of socket whenever i wanted. a string of events lead upto the current situation. i only hope that when they open me up, they just find the two tears.

shoulder injuries

mine is directly from a snowboard accident. fell arm out, and tore it backwards. pain for a while went away, then last monday, felt something explode inside my shoulder. that's what set off my current pain, and now road to surgery.
the mri did suck for me too. the cuff you wear made the pain worse, and cut off blood to my hand for 30 min. no fun at all.
im sad to loose my winter, but stoked that i might just get my summer to ride.
the pt end of it sounds like no fun tho.

USA VP debate drinking game.

she, at no point in the debate, responded to a single question directly.
She clearly had a script to use, and points she had to make, and she made them regardless. A terrifying woman, who spewed the rhetoric of her party, lied blatantly, and further scared me.
its not a joke that many Americans are looking north, wondering how hard it would be to move up there.

as an american.
woman scares me. She's so crazy right wing, and so dammed close to the presidency, that its simply dangerous. The fact that she was elected however, shows just how far that campaign would go to win voters. Imagine that kind of recklessness running the us.
putty. that home for americans who dont want to live in the us, but still want to live in north america still open?

fear not judy-
the heckler is alive and sorta well (seized the bb, snapped the chain, bent the big ring all on the last ride) the bullit is alive and well, and serves as my land rocket. The single speed cruizer greatness is there too.
i have 6 bikes…

no flat bars. Drops for this one. Its primarly going to be a commute bike. just wanted something nice to do it on. get some racks, and carry in clothes. work has a shower. Stop driving, and save me money.

Should be good. Got a matching fork, and the build kit is being pieced together. Photos of the complete will be posted.

happy fun new bike time!

So i have been off the boards for a while, but i have a triumphant return. While its no crazy hardcore freeride bike, its a bike none the less, and it sure aint gonna be a road bike.

Building it up as a cross/commuter bike.
i finally decided that it was time to bike to work, and reduce my footprint, and fuel consumption.
Got it in British racing green, with matching fork. Being built up next week.
Photos and the likes to follow.
Anyone else got a cross bike?

How much did you spend on your wedding?

not been married myself but i have attended a few. Everything from the Family and friends for 10K, to a 250K wedding. Both were just as special. Both ended in two people, happily sharing their lives together.
