Best of 2019 - Tim's List - Jan. 3, 2020, 9:42 a.m.

Yup.  Kind of a bummer to see MM so darn dominant, but what an otherworldly talent he has.

I'd like to see a closer fight for the championship this season.

MotoGP fan checking in.  Thanks for the Drive to Survive shoutout.  Looking forward to checking it out on Netflix!

Dear Santa: Cam McRae's List for 2019 - Dec. 17, 2019, 1:25 p.m.

All true, and I'm reminded of this every time I use one at my LBS.

They are the schizzle!

Dear Santa: Cam McRae's List for 2019 - Dec. 17, 2019, 7:12 a.m.

Maybe Park will make a $500 version of the counterweight stand.  Then I'm all in.

But not at $2,300.

PLUS shipping and handling.

Bontrager Evoke VS. Rhythm Gloves - Dec. 11, 2019, 7:19 a.m.

As another guy who gives his gloves a "sink bath" after every ride, I can report that the Quantums dry quickly.

Bontrager Evoke VS. Rhythm Gloves - Dec. 10, 2019, 8:44 p.m.

Loved the Quantums.  Had two pair in rotation for a couple seasons, and a few months ago they finally got retired to wrenching duty.

I'll have to give the Evokes a try!

Polygon Siskiu N9 29er - Nov. 19, 2019, 8:04 a.m.

Same.  And I do a fair bit of "not mtb" riding, which probably matters in terms of what I've adjusted over the years (decades).

Don't call me a roadie!

Nice early review.

Is B.C. Getting Daylight Saving Time All Year? - Nov. 1, 2019, 7:32 a.m.

DST sucks a bit for skiing.  Spring corn softening arrives one hour later.

2020 Ibis Ripley - Long Term Review - Oct. 29, 2019, 7:12 a.m.

Great (and fun) review.  This bike might top my list for a one bike quiver.  You might want to check out the fourth sentence for a missing "not".

Does The Future Have Fewer Gears? - Oct. 28, 2019, 4:26 p.m.

Right there with you on the H-Schmidt, Andrew.  When I first rode one, I figured there would be a lighter version within a year or two.......and, poof, they were gone.  Awesome concept.  Sprung weight FTW!

Side note: After three seasons, the 42-50 Eagle jump still drives me nuts.  I'd be fine with 11-48 cassettes and tighter spacing.

Yes, the opposite of your article's position.

Manitou Mezzer Pro Suspension Fork Ridden - Sept. 23, 2019, 7:10 a.m.

How does the AC dimension compare to a Fox 36 or RS Lyrik of equal travel?

CushCore 29 PLUS Inserts Ridden - Sept. 20, 2019, 5:55 p.m.

The rigid fork is "an excellent tool for isolating product differences". YES!

W/R/T weight, keep reminding yourself that in flat track motorcycle racing, there is a limit to the MAX that a wheel/tire combination can weigh.  Weight can't always be bad!
