Best Of 2019 - Andrew's List - Jan. 3, 2020, 8:18 p.m.

Man, years ago Starfish/Boundary was one of the original Fromme gnarly gnars. If you survived in the rain, instant hero status buds buy you beers!

Mountain Biking’s Worst Enemy - July 31, 2018, 8:01 p.m.

Let's just say, no complaints. On the Sea to Sky I can still ride old school gnar off the map. Sadly North Van is pretty much beaten dead, ruled by land owners.  What's funny, the off map trails are now getting more traffic than ever before, riders are simply looking for less dumb, it's true.

Renthal's Fatbar V2 Ridden - July 23, 2018, 11:22 a.m.

I see OCD tidy cables, how do you manage with all those clamps on yer bar?

Specialized & the E-Bike Dilemma - Dec. 23, 2016, 7:54 p.m.

I actually enjoy the pedal up, it's sort of a mantra thing. And you know, earn your turns. Some how, even occasional shuttle laps have become a guilty pleasure. Besides, sweet climbers are popping up everywhere. Personally I don't care how you get up, but just keep your ebikes off my track bro, I will be seriously angry If you're brapping up a golden climber.

2017 Rocky Mountain Slayer - Aug. 29, 2016, 11:54 p.m.

Intriguing… especially the X2 bearing fits, DU bushings just really suck. In fact there is no place for bushings on any mtb, and I think Banshee and RMB learned that lesson the hard way. One more important lesson and I'll buy this rig. Press fit BB on a 4K frame kinda leaves me scratching my head… as in head over to Transition scratch. Also I'm pretty sure down tube protection on any carbon frame should be an automatic, most of my aluminum DT's have rather large dents. Maybe carbon frames have been tested and can stand up to flying boulders, but not paint chips?

Dissecting The Fox DYAD Pull Shock - March 8, 2016, 10:05 p.m.

I think Cannondale should put away the weed. Lefty, DYAD wtf over? Who's gonna service this crap, you've completely lost your mind.

Review: Shimano Deore XT - March 7, 2016, 10:44 p.m.

Great review, l actually read all of it for a change. If new XT stoppers are mixed, I'm out because the M785 were reliable but suffered terrible fade away on long steep descents. XTR M988 were better but still crapped out. Guess I'm going to try Zee with a substantial weight penalty. Don't even mention Sram.

Jones Plus Bike? - Jan. 27, 2016, 7:18 p.m.

I think you need a large handlebar mustache to rock this sled. I love it, but full rigid is not my cup of tea since Judy 1991. And yeah, big wheels are not suspension.

BEST OF 2015 Cam’s Picks - Jan. 9, 2016, 9:43 a.m.

Sweet, $400 CAD sack.

Tucker The Dog vs Jeff The Bike Rider - May 16, 2015, 10:17 p.m.

Wow smooth viddy probably a big gimble of some sort, look at his super wide belly shadow during the run.

Danger Dan’s Last Ride on The Flying Circus - May 15, 2015, 12:52 a.m.

I cleaned it once… and fell off it once, broken humerus (funny). So I'm ok with 'skinnies are dead' those things are love/hate more hate.

Seb Kemp is not a Racist - May 5, 2015, 11:17 p.m.

Seb, grow up man turn off the trendy plaid you look like a fucking grom, go register. Keep up the good reads though!

Innovation or Industry Scam? - April 20, 2015, 7:40 p.m.

I'm pretty sure this is a carefully planned sales model, much like computers/phones.

Hey Neighbour – Seb Kemp - March 10, 2015, 8:43 p.m.

Seb needs a hint of plaid to accent awesome beardness 😉 HI neighbour hope to ride with you some day!

Your Brain on Mountain Biking - March 4, 2015, 7:08 p.m.

Brain used to charge any track, skinny, huck, or drop to flat. Body
didn't give a damn and enjoyed a delicious dirt snack. Lately though, Body's boss and Brain is just along for the ride.
Which is ok, it keeps us out of trouble and doing happy laps all year
long!

There are still bad days of course. Sometimes Brain is stressed about
something at work, and suddenly the ride gets interesting. When Brain
shouts 'Body you suck' just pull over and talk about it. Body
appreciates good communication when things are getting hot, and will
more than likely loosen up for you 😉
