Definitely a company that I too wanted to hate - though when a lot of stuff from 7Mesh, Rapha, etc. cost nearly as much, I'd rather pony up for the Made in USA option.

On the much more affordable end of things, they make a simple $28 tool roll...and its awesome. Just the right size for tossing under the seat in your car, and fits everything you might need (pump, sealant, full size allens, extra hanger, etc.)

If/when I win the lottery, this is on the wish list.

Enduro's other tools are drool-worthy as well, but this one might take the cake

Ooof that's a temping deal on the newer ones. I've got a DPX2 on my Banshee Phantom V3 that I've struggled to dial in (as I have with every DPX2 I've owned), and I'd been wondering about the Inline Air as a possible upgrade...

SC's frames have always had incredibly thoughtful finishing touches and quality, I remember owning a first gen Nomad Carbon and being absolutely blown away by the quality of the hardware at the time. That said, it feels like the name and rampant popularity has emboldened them to charge a massive premium at a time when other brands have caught up on the quality front in a big way.

SC even edges out Yeti for the most-overpriced crown in some cases, and it has been wild to see both companies almost making Trek and Specialized look affordable.

I'm on a Banshee Phantom V3 and this bike sounds quite similar, though maybe a little worse on the climbs...I think it's longer and slacker than the Banshee, so that's not totally surprising. As Niels mentions with the Canyon, it is a tiring bike to ride on rough trails, but when you nail a line on it its so incredibly satisfying. I probably wouldn't own it if I didn't already have a bigger enduro bike, but its an awesome complement. I'm on mine 3 days a week or so at Galbraith here in Bellingham, perfect venue for it.

I'm honestly a little shocked that Canyon released this bike into the world, but I'm very glad they did. I bought a Banshee Phantom V3 last year as partner to my Titan, which was feeling a little boring on my lunch/after work rides to Galbraith here in Bellingham. Seems like your impressions were the same as mine on your first descent on this Spectral...I'm consistently shocked by how damn fun a little aggro bike like this is, might be my favorite bike category of all time.

Justin is one of the OGs of Evergreen Mountain Bike Alliance in the Seattle area, I was teaching for them for a few years and snagged a pair of his shorts when he first announced them. Now have 2 pairs because I was just wearing the original set dirty all the time, both still in awesome shape despite a TON of miles and honestly the best fitting shorts I've owned (slim version).

I was eyeing these but couldn’t find any reviews, and my experience with the Glidepath shorts has been less than perfect. I find the fabric a bit too stiff and crinkly, though I do appreciate the fast drying, so was curious how the pants would be. 

Ended up buying a pair of POC Rhythm Resistance pants, hoping they deliver on fit and finish. If not, may return them to try the 7Mesh based on this review. Seems like people are really impressed by the Rapha pants too, so keen on those as another option

Beautiful build. I’m rocking something very similar and love the bike to death, have had it for about 2 seasons. I took things a similar direction with my second bike but went with the slightly smaller Phantom v3 and built it quite light, and it’s an absolute riot. Perfect little rig for the sanctioned trails here around Bellingham…the Titan proves it’s worth in deeper parts of the woods. 

For better or worse, all of Banshee’s bikes seem to share hardware and even quite a bit of the tubing, so different frames don’t shed as much weight as different build decisions do.

My I9 1/1 hubs have been solid for almost 2 years now with quite a bit of riding, and I live in the PNW so not necessarily dry conditions either. I've pulled the hub apart and popped seals on the accessible bearings once or twice. I do know that the 1/1 hubs come with cheaper Enduro bearings than the Hydra (abec-3 vs. abec-5, I believe), but I'm assuming the issues have more to do with Enduro's less-than-great seals rather than the abec rating. 

More recently I've started popping seals on brand new bearings when I'm installing a given part just to make sure that they've used adequate (and high-quality) waterproof grease. Some bearings I've received have a pretty minimal grease fill, so it might be a question of Enduro's quality control in grease filling those things. I kind of think of it in the same way as Rockshox and Fox forks...sometimes you buy a new fork and it's built properly, other times it has virtually no grease or oil to be found...
