maybe eh. i read that article you linked to and saw the video earlier. as a keen rec old timer hockey player, i like to watch Connor McDavid videos, but let's be honest. i ain't copying his form anytime soon.
watching Bruni and Peirron with their glutes of steel and perfect form for cues is helpful, but not exactly easy or even possible to obtain. i'll watch training videos and it seems that all elite athletes use mostly the same basic workouts and it's intense. their torso stability and hip and posterior chain strength is through the roof. it could be Syd Crosby, Melamed or some NFL running back.
