Park Royal Shopping Centre has some good eats:

Milestone,Cactus Club, Lighthouse Pub, White Spot, Nandos, Five Guys, Zubu Ramen, Chipotle, Whole Foods (prepared food section) just to name a few there. Go west from there past Ambleside and there are plenty more little gems.

Going the other side of Cap road along Marine Dr. Check out Tomahawk it’s a hidden gem.

We've been going to The Pepper Palace at Tsawaassen Mills the past couple of years. The staff there definitely know their products and give good direction as to what your palate is wanting. There is another place on Denman St off of Robson St called Lucifer, not as well stocked and varieties as The Pepper Palace but enough to get you started.

We rented from the folk at Traveland RV in Langley a couple of times. Got no complaints great service and attention to detail. First time we rented an RV all we had to do was load our vehicle show up at Traveland and transfer our goods and left our vehicle there for the duration of our rental. Second time round we realized it would be better to take a car along so if you are fully hooked up at a park and wanted to go somewhere you did not have to ‘pack up and disconnect’. Rented a tow dolly for the car and everything was super easy to go and get goods and supplies without having to pack up. Oregon Coast is great as well as the Columbia River starting at Portland and work up to Nelson to loop back.

If you fill up gas cans and bring them back from the states make sure to keep your receipt for the fuel, if you do not and get asked about the gas cans without a receipt you can be charged just shy of 18% for your total gas tank and the gas cans regardless of the amount of fuel you actually purchased.

A few years back we went over for something else and took a few cans to fill up. Our vehicle was almost full crossing so really we just filled the cans and topped up the tank on the way back. We were asked about the fuel and were able to show the quantity purchased through a receipt and at that point had to pay about 17.8%. Basically broke even after all was said and done.

These have been around for a long time in Australia, not certain why they never cam to the Americas? Diesels were impressive…

My son did his research prior to heading off to university a couple of years ago and mentioned the MacBook Pro was a better buy than what he was looking for in a Windows built system. He is one of the few people I know where his partition is 90% Windows(Bootcamp) and for the gaming he likes; Alienware as an example does not give the performance and build quality the Mac does. He was back for the holidays and still mentioned the Mac was the best option even to date……He did mention heating was an issue when ran to max performance but a cooling pad solved it right away….

Go here 999 Broadway (at Oak St.) above the BCAA office. They only accept Cash or debit. You can pay extra to get the visa within a couple of days otherwise turnaround is about 7-10 days. You will need to bring your Passport to process.

My understanding of landlords deducting amounts from deposits for damage is they can only do so if an inspection of the unit was done at the time of move in and time of move out, and the tenant has agreed to the deduction in writing.

At the point keys are handed over and if above procedure was not completed you are entitled to a full refund of your deposit plus interest after 15 calendar days.
