Found: Race face knee pad

Hey ya'll, found a Race Face knee pad Monday mid afternoon just below the Ladies Only entrance on the road. Let me know if it's yours.

Considering our budget, and the current rental market in the area, we're likely looking at a shared house situation (basement with windows, or top floor). Having said that, would not be opposed to an apartment/condo if need be. I've just found over my years of being a bike rider that apartments/condos don't always play nice with bikes. But at the end of the day, we just need somewhere to rest our heads, and aren't too picky.

Hey folks,
Feel free to shimmy this post over to the "shore" section if need be. Having said that, this is not so bike related.

The house I'm living in has just been put on the market, dude inherited a north shore house. Not bad! He's selling, I need somewhere to live.

Yes, I have been crushing Craigslist and North Shore News links, and am looking to branch out to see if any NBR Gods know of anything for rent.

My roomate has 2 jobs, and is quiet and kind of boring and nice. He rock climbs here and there in Squamish, and is an Arborist. Pretty chill dude.

I work in the bike industry in N.V. and haven't really been home since March. It's busy at the shop.

Our current budget is around $1300-$1800 for a 2 or 3 bedroom place. We have solid references, and are pretty respecfull quiet humans. Any help is much appreciated.
edit
We're living on the shore and like it a lot. I have no boob photos, but can provide legitimate bike tunes as a finders fee. THANKS!

Looking for September 1st.

Oddly enough, I just saw it for sale at a Safeway in North Van today. I'm assuming someone is writting a strongly worded letter to get it out of there as we speak either in regards to the content, or to the $25.99 price tag. Anyway, I saw it in the theater, I thought some parts were hilarious, and Christopher Waltz was awesome in it, as well as Inglorious Bastards. However, my gf at the time (who is black), cried and almost walked out a few times. She did laugh at the kkk dudes struggling with their eyeholes though. I mean, that shit was hilarious!

Sweet Roadie

Is that one of those Tourney rear derailleurs?

BTW you've still got those annoying stickers on your front derailleur.

Annnd the warning sticker on the fork. So sad.

Edit: I think I did it wrong, but I have no idea on account of my weird sketchy computer. Seriously, this thing is a fire hazard.

fork question (warning road bike content)

Measure twice, cut once. I would assume you'll need to cut the thing, unless you want a pile of spacers, or the fork is used, and has already been cut down. If you do need to trim that steerer tube, wrap some tape around your cut line, cut slowly and don't put all your weight onto the saw when cutting.

If you don't need to cut the fork down, make sure you have a correct amount of headset spacers. As for torque specs. Refer to the stem manufacturer, and the fork manufacturer to see what they recommend. Or, go to a legit bike shop and pay $10-$20 bucks for them to do it. And also, what everyone said above. Especially the no starnut comment (you might die), or get a really bad charley horse.

Most carbon/lightweight aluminum stems suggest between 5 and 7Nm.

This tool is pretty rad, and it works on a lot of lightweight seat collars as well.
