shimano cage vs cageless pedals

The cage offers the most benefit when trying to clip in in sketchy situations. Ya once clipped in it doesn't offer much support. But opting for a cage less SPD pedal to save 100g is a poor choice IMO unless on a pure xc machine

The only work completed on the new house was the construction of a new foundation; those involved in the project say they were told Dong was having trouble bringing money over from China.

well thats a good sign.

A US fed interest rate hike would be perfect timing right now. Let's hope.

Maybe in 20 years when most of the baby boomer kick the bucket the market demand will soften to push prices reasonable again. But by that time more cannon fodder from 2nd world countries will be lining up at the border to escape their shitty countries and choke up the lower mainland.

At what point do you stop letting people in the lifeboat before it begins to sink too?:eek2:

It really feels like we are at a tipping point. There are major news stories daily on the decline of Vancouver. Joe average is mad as hell. The next few months is going to be interesting. Lets hope its not too late… :(

I do like the Aug 1 effective date. No need to telegraph this months in advance. Hmmm.

My gut says 15% may not be enough knowing that bully offers of several hundred thousand over asking is commonplace. 30-40% be more of a deterrent.
