Chinese are so fn annoying.

Most white guys who've spent any time in lower mainland either agree with me, or will call me a racist and still secretly agree with me.

Race Face CINCH poor chainline

I've always thought your chainline should be optimized for where you spend most of your time in your cassette. For around here it's the larger half of the cassette. I'm rarely in the bottom few cogs.

The Decline of Vancouver.

You guys that bought in to the market when prices were reasonable, then enjoyed a decade of dirt cheap rates really hit the jackpot, didn't ya? Lucky fucks.

The wife is upstairs crying over real estate. Women want houses badly. In their DNA.

Any single house owning guys in the north shore looking for a woman? Low miles, minimum baggage. Pm for details

Seems "buy now or be priced out forever' wasn't just a sales ploy.

The Decline of Vancouver.

Its going to take a generation for prices to normalize. Interest rates have begun their long steady grind upwards which could take a decade. Add in people locking in mortgages for 5 years at a time, the current crop of people locked out of the housing market due to these stupid prices are in purgatory.

Those that didn't sell 6 months ago missed out on a lottery. But i get it, its a hassle to sell and cash out then have to find a new place and deal with the unknowns.

WTF! we dont need more measures to access cheap money! What a contradiction - force people to qualify at higher rates limiting the amount you can borrow, and then now this - helping poor people who cant save enough for a down payment to get in the market.

And us the taxpayer is flipping the bill for the interest free loan. Unbelievably stupid.

new hub$$ and future fear

Imo Shimano rotors are better engineered. The big aluminum carrier sheds heat better, is less prone to warping than an all sheet metal rotor, and installation and removal is just nicer than dicking about with 6 bolts.

650b+ on rear only

Noting the delta in radius is a much better way of looking at is as we're interested in Bb height change, fork clearance, frame clearance

29er. Easton ARC 30 rims, Minion DHF 2.5, RADIUS to top of tread ~373 mm (16mm more than 27+)
27plus. Easton ARC 35 rims, Minion DHF 2.8, RADIUS to top of tread ~357 mm (3mm more than 27.5)
275. Nobl TR38 rims (31 mm ID), Minion DHF 2.5, RADIUS to top of tread ~354 mm

But yeah, wow I kinda think this is wrong. 29 and 27.5+ have to be closer than this

The Evil Thread

if 26+ wheels gain momentum it will breathe life back into 26" frames with good geo and lots of tire clearance (eg knolly)
