Loving the writing and refreshing honesty in your pieces Andrew. Keep up the great work!
A couple minor corrections:
Since she plead guilty, there was technically no trial. In the caption on the photo of Shaun, he would have been happy with the outcome of the proceedings and sentence.
A conditional discharge would mean that her criminal record would be discharged after meeting the judges conditions, ie: the community service, probation, etc. An absolute discharge would have been a complete dismissal of punishment and no criminal records. As it is, she will have a criminal record after her community service and probation are finished and she will have to apply for a pardon after a certain number of years to expunge that record (not shipped how many years).
Also, while on probation, if she's caught doing something she shouldn't, ie: being on mtb specific trails, she can be breached and taken back to court for further punishment…
The article states the air spring is self contained, not requiring the stanchion tube. I would imagine you're correct on the stanchion itself being the second of the "twin" tubes.
Surely I can't be the only one that finds the whole TITS, COCK & BALLS, WTF, PABST, etc, etc painfully unfunny…?
One correction: carbon bike molds cost more like $50,000 - $100,000 to make, which makes your argument even worse.
There are off-road moustache bars out there, etal. If you want to ride with that, more power to you. I think most MTBers much prefer the traditional aesthetics of a "normal" handlebar.
As sweet as this video is, does it need to be posted on the front page of NSMB twice?
But, that IS a new demo. It's a 2015 Demo 8 II (650b). It's just not the swanky asymmetrical S-Works one.
The truck jump… Wat.
Awesome, thanks! Only thing I can find on Youtube is a live performance. Not enough bands have a drummer/vocalist. Sweet… youtu.be/bZUDEdKVtXc
Anyone know what the song is? I've googled the lyrics and used SoundHound, but to no avail. No credits in the video or on Vimeo either.
Hear, hear, morgman! Coffees and/or six packs get you more deals in the long run than the initial investment in said "social lubricants". Especially on the service side of things. …Or feel free to go buy cheap stuff online, but don't expect very cheery service from the LBS when you inevitably have to go in. Why should they invest in a relationship with you when you're clearly not going to invest in one with them?
Wearing Royal gear and not being invited to the Fox Head promo shoot… 😉
In the shot of the left side of the bike, it looks like the rear brake hose is rubbing on the damper shaft of the Float X. Is there room there?
Haha, "this is where the money gets sick…"
My, my, how times have changed…
