New standard? Sounds tasty.
Just picture it with red lowers.
Who's sweet custom splatter paint-job Kona Operator is that? Need to see more of that bike please!!
TIL all bikes I can ride on a trail are "fully functional MTBs".
I highly recommend turning on the auto closed captions. If only for Weed Simmons and Two Almonds Better Ham.
"a comparitive bargain" - "$6,200USD"
Just FYI, the link on Perry's name to his instagram at the beginning of the article is spelled wrong and it's a super spammy site I was just redirected to, not instagram.
Good luck with that. Declaring it at the border, as you are legally obligated to do, would result in a 13.2% import duty, plus (in BC) a 5% GST charge.
Canada: CR/DL is $7,999 + GST = $8,398.95
US: CR/DL is $5,999, conversion to CAD = $7,317.04 + 13.2% import duty + GST = $8,697.04
So that's $300 more, plus gas and time to drive down there and back. No thanks, I'll support my local bike shop instead.
It's the same set up as the carbon Hei Hei. Spare hanger is attached to the cable routing port, and sits inside the downtube.
Specialized have oneupped OneUp with this one. I like that you don't have to cut threads into your fork to install this tool.
To be considered a Pedelec/eBike/Motor Assisted Cycle in BC they must be:
Today I learned that a Segway is a motorcycle since it has two wheels and a motor. Cool!
But seriously, they are not motor bikes. Go throw your leg over one, hit the throttle and go! Oh, wait, you can't.
9 times out of 10, the people pissing and moaning about them have never ridden one.
According to the BC Motor Vehicle Act, they are legally defined as Motor Assisted Cycles. Start calling them motor bikes or motorcycles as soon as they start shipping with internal combustion engines that are bigger than 50cc.
Ahh, the ol' Fake News! schtick. I suppose we'll be seeing more and more of that now...
EDIT: Also, I hope "Samuel" reports the guy to the RCMP if he's truly threatening to burn his truck and harm his dogs. That's brutal.
