Agreed, I also did my part, no offspring. However, my younger sibling has 3 so totally negates my efforts. 

I think humanity is equivalent to the cockroach now, too worthless to vanish completely even when faced w/an extinction level event.

Canuck radio plays too few bands too often, the only bands I hate more than Nickelback are Mumford & Sons & Kings of Leon. Gm Chrysler, those bands suck!

Chromag Surface Ti.  Bought one in May, never looked back.  If I had to give up by FS bike for the Ti I would.  Frame is a bit pricey, but you get your money's worth for sure.  I went all out on the spec kit as the Ti hardtail is the one thing I have wanted all my life.  I run 27.5 plus tires (2.8) on them with Chromag Magna 40 rims and there is no loss of rotation, and the nice part:  you can soften the tires for the down.  It has a threaded BB which to me is essential since the Ti will be a long term purchase.  Look it up on their website; the pics don't do it justice.

That looks sweet. Chromag doesn't do ISCG mounts on their frames anymore? What's up w'dat?

Well while were on the subject...it would be sweet if mec and other outdoor manufacturers could actually make clothes for normal sized people...we are not all 13 year old anorexic triathletes. I used to buy large or xl gear but cant even bend over in most xl pants nowadays...and no I haven't gotten fat....and 2xl t shirts....wtf.

And do people really make their buying decisions based on the race of the models in the catalogue?

That goes double for footwear. I have had to custom order footwear since the eighties. I was an 11.5 in a Nike bball shoe then. My local stores stocked up to a 10. What bball player over the age of 12 wears a 10? 13 or 14 now. At least I have been able to custom order footwear so far.

Try and find an Arbutus Rack - the original version of the Jacknife. Developed in Victoria too.

Arbutus was simplicity & genius. Swagman took that & made an abortion. HEAVY & hung the bikes sideways instead of forward like Arbutus. It did fold nice but that was it. I bought one for a friend for his birthday. He used it two or three times & sold it, gave me the money lol.

So how much over asking will this gem achieve?

Customs aged my small package for nearly 2 weeks. Unreal. 

Got hit with $25 in fees for an $80 order. They put PST and some duty on so I'll be disputing for that portion back. 

Should have gone with their tax-prepaid option would have had it quicker and for the same price. Oh well. 

On the bright side Jenson's all-in shipping option is great and quick.

@Poz: Is Jenson still using UPS? They used to use Fedex (2007ish) which worked as claimed, just wondering about the boys in brown since they are basically gouging crooks.
