what should i ride today? (sunday 26th)

I usually ride Fromme but have heard there's been some new developments on Seymour, looking for a nice long shuttle run, usually do CBC/Pingu/Pangor so open to suggestions please.

Squamish to Vancouver, Anyone commute every day?

I would get a cheap beater, like a Civic or Corolla. Cheap gas, cheap to repair and you won't feel bad putting miles on your cheap car.

commuter on NSR4 bike rack

So I have an NSR4 bike rack on my van and we travel a fair bit so I use my commuter whilst we are around the campground.

The only problem is a normal commuter fork doesn't fit on the rack, although it looks like the Kona Dew might have a wide enough fork to fit OK.

Has anyone had this problem and got around it? Either by changing out their fork or adjusting the bike rack somehow?

kona dr dew on NSR4 rack

Does anyone happen to know whether a kona dr dew will fit on the cradle of an NSR4 rack? It looks like the fork is a little wider than most commuters.

North Vancouver B&B

Anyone know what happened to Lynne Valley B+B? Not enough business?

My mom in law stayed there for a week and got on great.

Dog caught in trap on the Grind

It happened in the forest above my house, there has always been activity in that area, seemingly homeless people or crackheads or something. I have found a full tarp city up there whilst bushwhacking up from the powerline to the BP, I've also found a long stick with two large knives duct taped to it.

It's always felt like a creepy area.

riding uphill on established trails

[QUOTE=ol' dirty;2748414]I don't think the NSMBA is going to be able to change the grade of the mountain, no matter how much gold they use or deadfall they clear.

That's what switchbacks are for douche.. sorry, dude.

It looks like it's happening on Seymour already, check the NSMBA's post today about Chris Barker's work.
